Amazon Black Friday and Cyber Monday 2026
Last checked:
This is a planning note for Amazon Black Friday and Cyber Monday 2026. It is not a live deal list: we do not publish timed deal links or product prices. It separates what Amazon has announced from what is only expected.
2026 status
- Calendar dates: Black Friday 2026 is Friday, 2026-11-27, and Cyber Monday is Monday, 2026-11-30. These are calendar facts, not Amazon announcements.
- Amazon's event window: not announced as of 2026-10-18. We found no Amazon press release or About Amazon page with 2026 Black Friday Week dates.
- Already happened: Prime Big Deal Days 2026 ran on 2026-10-06 and 2026-10-07 (48 hours, Prime members only), per About Amazon.
What Amazon did in 2024 and 2025 (official)
| Year | Announced | Black Friday Week and Cyber Monday window |
|---|---|---|
| 2025 | 2025-11-09 (press release) | 2025-11-20, 12:01 a.m. PST, through 2025-12-01 |
| 2024 | 2024-11-12 (press release) | 2024-11-21, 12:01 a.m. PST, through 2024-12-02 (Cyber Monday deals from 2024-11-29) |
In both years the event opened on the Thursday one week before Thanksgiving and ran through Cyber Monday, and Amazon named the dates 9 to 11 days before it began. If Amazon repeated that pattern in 2026, the window would open on 2026-11-19 and run through 2026-11-30. That is our inference from two years of history, not an Amazon announcement. We will replace it with Amazon's dates when they are published.
In 2025 Amazon also ran a separate Amazon Haul two-day global sale on November 10 and 11, before Black Friday Week. Whether Haul holds a similar sale in 2026 has not been announced. See Amazon Haul deals and discounts.
How to watch Amazon's own pages
- Amazon's 2025 release pointed shoppers to amazon.com/blackfriday and amazon.com/cybermonday. Check them, and Amazon's press center, from early November.
- In 2024 and 2025 Amazon added new deals daily during the event ("Today's Big Deals" in 2025). Deals are limited-time and while supplies last.
- Read each crossed-out price's label. A "List Price" and a "Typical Price" are different references: see Typical Price vs List Price on Amazon.
- Ignore countdown widgets and "ends in X hours" links on third-party sites unless the same offer is on Amazon.
Amazon Haul during Black Friday
Haul is a separate store with a separate cart. Its orders take one to two weeks and are not Prime eligible, per Amazon Help, so Black Friday Haul orders can arrive in December. Haul returns close 15 days after delivery, and items priced 3 dollars or less are Final Sale. If you are buying gifts, read Using Amazon Haul for holiday gifts.
Returns after the holidays
Seller-news reports say Amazon will again extend holiday returns: most Amazon.com items bought 2026-11-01 to 2026-12-31 returnable through 2027-01-31. Amazon's customer pages had not posted this when we checked. Details and exceptions are in Amazon holiday return policy 2026.
What this page will not do
- Name an Amazon Black Friday start date that Amazon has not published.
- List "top deals", prices or stock claims.
- Promise that Haul items will be discounted further during Black Friday.
